Prevsta is an iPhone app organized around six daily disciplines. Each one holds a small library of short sessions: audio you can run with earbuds in, written prompts you can read in two minutes, and video demos for the physical work.
Sessions are sized for the day a construction worker actually has — before the first task, on a break, in the truck after work. There is no streak meter, no leaderboard, and no “coach” pretending to know you. You pick what fits, you run it, you go back to work.
